DELIVERY & RETURNS POLICY
DELIVERY LOCATIONS:
Sublime Gifts make deliveries within Australia only. Deliveries are made to physical addresses only - delivery to PO Boxes are not available.
PROCESSING YOUR ORDER:
If your order has not arrived within the time-frame as notified, please contact us for assistance - Email contact@sublimegiftsaust.com.au.
REFUNDS & RETURNS:
IMPORTANT: Please check that all items received are what you have ordered. If you have received an incorrect item DO NOT OPEN IT. We will not accept any returns or provide refunds of items that have been opened, tampered with, or not in their original condition. If you receive a damaged item please contact us within 3 days of delivery and do not throw it away as we will require proof that the item has been damaged in transit.

PROCESSING YOUR ORDER:
- An email confirmation will be sent to customers after placing an order. Please keep this email as proof of your purchase.
- If deliveries are dropped off in a safe place whilst the customer is not at home etc., responsibility falls onto the receiver.
- Although every avenue will be taken for unforeseen transit issues, Sublime Gifts is not liable for goods delayed or lost in transit. Third party service deliveries will be made during business hours - Monday and Friday - unless the delivery provider offers a weekend service during busy periods.
- All prices on the website are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Orders are processed by location and delivery cost is calculated at checkout.
- If you have been granted a discount code, this may be used during the checkout process. A qualifying code will reduce your total order value.
- We endeavour to get your goods to you ASAP. Stocked items are usually dispatched within 2 business days.
- Personalised items may take up to 10 business days for dispatch, depending on our production schedule at the time of receiving your order.
- All orders will be dispatched in full - no split shipments. This ensures that our customers are billed the lowest possible service fee for delivery.
- Once your order has been dispatched, delivery time will be subject to the delivery service provider but, depending on destination location, should be received within 2-7 business days.

REFUNDS & RETURNS:

- We will ensure that we pack your order with the greatest of care and consideration of safety. But in the circumstance of your order arriving in a damaged state, please contact Sublime Gifts immediately to discuss replacement or refund of goods - Email contact@sublimegiftsaust.com.au for return instructions.
- Only items purchased on the Sublime Gifts website can be returned for refund or exchange. Our items purchased in a department store, retailer or elsewhere must be returned to their original point of purchase.
- Should you make an error when ordering online, Sublime Gifts will gladly exchange your item for the item you intended to purchase - standard stock items only.
- We can not accept the return of any personalised items ordered in error.
- All undamaged / purchase error items returned for refund must be unopened and in original saleable condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping and/or additional postage charges.
- Once damaged item(s) have been returned and QA checked by Sublime Gifts, we will endeavour to replace or refund as quickly as possible.
